Good morning. Ohayo gozaimasu. Gut morgan. Bonjour.Ha ha! As you can see, I have been going crazy with language this week. Japanese is nothing new, but French and German have joined the mix. :D I could be a spy or something...
Anyway, the other day we had a book sale. We went to sell the books we were getting rid of, and shop around. I found several yummy things, (My favorite Dear America book included. "The Voyage on the Great Titanic", what else? ;) ) But I also got a German dictionary and some CDs.
It was a total whim. Ha ha! I saw a cute boy with the German dictionary for 1 dollar. So...you know...I had to buy it. Then, my mom found some CDs from another lady for only 10 dollars.
I've been listening to them for a day or so, and they came out really good. His idea of learning isn't drilling or memorizing. All you have to do is relax, and absorb. I think it works nicely. I've learned alot in just a few hours. ^^
French...Well...They're insane. XD I borrowed Gwen's French/ English dictionary and some of her old textbooks. I have been slowing learning that too. It's a bit harder than German and Japanese though. German is so much like English, and Japanese doesn't have any fancy vowel sounds (Nothing is silent). But French...just...doesn't look like anything. XD I have my mom help me alot.
Isn't it funny, though...My mom took French, and my dad took German. Plus, I've spent four summers around Japanese girls. So...what should I do?
Maybe I'll translate at the Olympics. :)
Bye! Au revoir! Sayonara! Auf wiedersehen!
(P.S. You just had to know that I would use anime pictures. ;) Ha ha! Guess which one is which...)
