Five minute long episodes consist of just this; History gone to Greece's cats! (Or wait...dogs?)
Every country of the world is personified. And if you can hold out a little longer, I'll tell you who is who.
Axis Powers;
Italy: A pasta loving young man, who loves making friends...and white flags...
Germany: Rough and trained with military precision, he must deal with Italy's antics daily while trying to understand his other ally, Japan.
Japan: The quiet one, who knows how to 'read the atmosphere' and likes to tour other countries.
Allied Forces;
England: The former pirate turned sharp-tongued gentleman (?), has a rivalry with America, 'the git..'
China: Secretly loves cute things and bean buns. Apparently, he also has his own 'China Towns' in the middle of no-where, aru.
France: Ah, l'amour. He's a sucker for wine and cute girls. He also might be hiding in your bushes....
Russia: The 'scary' one who likes to wear his long scarf and can't take it off, or so he says. Jumps out of planes screaming 'VODKAAAAAAA' and survives everytime.
America: Hamburgers and Coke? Dude, count him in! He likes to 'lead' the Allied Forces meetings and make fighter planes of doom. He's the Hero, and any opinions are welcome, except when you disagree with him.

There is alot of hate groups and fan bases for this one. It's an 'either you love it or you hate it' anime. Many like it. But others think it mocks history. Also, many people don't like the stereotyping this anime tends to do. You can decide for yourself. But if you really look around, it's mostly...and sadly...true. XD
Oh gosh, I keep feeling like I'm forgetting someone....Isn't there supposed to be a country above America? That one guy...Canadia? No...Cananada? Noooo....OHHHH!! I remember! CANADA!!!! :D
